OneClick runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), with at least 4 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection for license validation. There are no special GPU or CPU requirements — if your system runs Windows comfortably, OneClick will run smoothly.
OneClick checks for updates automatically each time you launch the application and applies them silently in the background. There is nothing to download manually — your install always stays on the latest version with the newest features and security improvements.
Yes. Once configured, OneClick runs quietly in your system tray and only triggers when you call it. CPU and memory usage stay minimal so your other applications keep running at full speed.
Each license is bound to a single Windows machine using a hashed hardware identifier (HWID). When you purchase, you can activate OneClick on one device. Hardware resets are available on request through our support team for legitimate reasons such as a new computer or component upgrade.
A single license is intended for use on one machine at a time. If you need to switch devices, request a hardware reset from support and we will move your license over. If you frequently work across multiple machines, reach out and we can discuss a multi-seat arrangement.
Just message support with proof of ownership and we will reset your hardware lock so you can activate on the new machine. There is no charge for legitimate hardware migrations.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and several cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and Litecoin. Pick whichever is most convenient at checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed through industry-standard encrypted payment providers, and we never see or store your full card or banking details. Crypto payments offer additional privacy if you prefer not to share card information at all.
Recurring plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your customer portal — your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Support is available through our Discord community for general questions and through the customer portal for account-specific issues. Most tickets are answered within a few hours, and Lifetime customers get priority response times via a VIP channel.
Standard tickets are answered within a few business hours during normal hours, and usually within 24 hours otherwise. Lifetime customers have a dedicated VIP channel with near-instant response times.
We handle refunds case by case at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a license has been activated, but if OneClick will not work on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we will refund your purchase.
Please open a support ticket before requesting a chargeback so we can troubleshoot directly. Most issues are fixable within minutes, but if we genuinely can't get it working on your setup we will issue a full refund.
